Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SunFire Heaters and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SunFire Heaters.
E-Commerce Online Orders
By completing and submitting an electronic order, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be shipped until we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.
Certain steps must be followed for a contract to be formed, as described below.
After you have placed your order:
You will receive an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which products you have ordered, but it may not constitute an acceptance of your order unless your payment has been authorized.
Your order will be accepted and shipped providing the following:
- We have the product(s) in stock
- Your payment is authorized
- You have not canceled your order
We reserve the right to refuse any order. If the product you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified to offer you the option to cancel your order or keep your order to ship as promptly as the product becomes available.
Returning products after sending
Refunds are allowed within 30 days of order delivery for a full refund. The product(s) must be returned in new condition in their original packaging or palletized crate for a full refund. You are responsible for all freight costs to ship the product(s) back to Rock Energy Systems LLC, DBA: SunFire. Prior authorization must be received prior to the return of any product. Please contact us at (855) 251-1649 to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Products must be returned along with the RMA number to the address below:

Pricing and payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in U.S. dollars, and payment can only be accepted in U. S. Dollars. Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase if not already included in the product pricing.
While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.
Your payment card will be debited for your order at the time the order is placed. By submitting an online order with Rock Energy Systems LLC, you expressly agree not to request a ‘charge back’ of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with Rock Energy Systems, LLC will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company. Rather, you agree to contact Rock Energy Systems/SunFire directly at (855) 251-1649 to resolve the issue or obtain a refund pursuant to the product guarantee.
Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, eg: half-price, the discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of the United States and the State of Wisconsin and you and we agree to use the Wisconsin courts should any dispute arise.

In no event shall SunFire Heaters, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

SunFire Heaters its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
